Kendall, we cannot thank you enough for all that you have done in helping, advising and guiding us through the process of selling our parent’s townhouse in Cairns. What could have been a very stressful time was very easy and you made the process as calm and simple as possible. Our parents have remarked several times what a great job you do. Your communication with us throughout the process has been brilliant! From the first time I contacted you you were prompt to respond to all messages, calls including weekly email updates, not to mention texting me when you were on another call saying you will call me as soon as you can. Something that you don’t experience these days. What can we say. You are a legend going above and beyond and I know even though you say "that is what I do, It's my job" nobody would compare with all that you have done for us. Knowing our situation looking after a very ill parent and living in Perth, you looked after everything that was needed in selling their townhouse. From building raport with the tenant and making sure she was comfortable throughout the sale, organising and meeting all third party tradies early morning or late evening to get the property up and ready for market, to the final inspection spending time yourself to clean a few areas so that all is ready for the buyer to move in. Living interstate all of this would have been quite difficult as we didn’t know anybody in Cairns. You were so generous with your time and onto it straight away.
