SOLD MY UNIT IN THREE WEEKS!! - Sale of Unit 5 / 158 Main Street Winton Lodge Beenleigh

This Guy Rocks, I engaged Ryan as my agent to sell an investment Lot as I have been his Chiropractor for over 12 years and I know that he recently over the last year had a career change working with @Realty in sales. I decided to engage Ryan partly through convenience and that he assured me the process would be all looked after by him. My instruction to Ryan was that I wanted a quick sale, a good price for the market and not to upset the existing long term tenant in the sale process. I listed this Unit with Ryan on the 8th of August, he had photos and Open House notices on real estate.com and numerous other sites the next day, met all the adjoining neighbours and mentioned that this Lot was for sale, dropped out printed sale leaflets to the surrounding four or five blocks of homes. All this online advertising and printed material was free at this stage. On the 13th of August Ryan had in his hand a two week Cash Contract which we let run until after the first Open House and was to have this increased by another $5000.00 as there was other interest. Ryan was also very helpful as the elderly buyer of this property did not have a car, phone or email so Ryan took it upon himself to pick up, drive, organise and coordinate all the legal paperwork, bank fund transfers and related rental managing agent issues to effect this sale. I did consider utilising a local agent or the local managing agent to sell this property however now after the sale I realise there would have been more stress involved and the sale would not have progressed as smoothly as Ryan Wilmont has managed it.
