Hassel-free sale

When it was time to sell my house in Gordonvale and downsize to Brisbane, I had no hesitation in contacting Sharon Vyner. I had met Sharon a few years earlier and was very impressed with her local knowledge and reputation. She is well known in Gordonvale and the southern suburbs and associated with many sales in this area. The local real estate market was explained to me, and we settled on an asking price. The advertising strategy was discussed, and we arranged for photographs to be taken for the marketing program. Sharon works with a very professional photographer and the photos which were posted on the internet were amazing. Show house times were arranged, and Sharon communicated relevant information as required. Shortly after, we accepted an offer and Sharon assisted when the building inspectors did the required inspections. She also recommended a house cleaning company which did a great job. As I had vacated the property before settlement, Sharon was a great help keeping an eye on the house as well ensuring the pool was kept full and everything was in order while unoccupied. I could not be happier with her service and highly recommend Sharon to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
