Good, honest and client focused Agent

We had the pleasure of buying a property from Paul last year. Our settlement was 60 days, as the seller was moving to a nursing home so we wanted to accommodate the life transition. Paul is the type of Agent you want for a seller and buyer, as he is committed to getting both parties the best outcome through communication and understanding. I met Paul at a previous open house he hosted, so when this popped up he went out of his way to get a viewing whilst the owner was present. The meeting between all parties was based on good old fashion values, where everyone is open and honest so we were all able to see eye to eye and meet eachother in between. The elderly owner was happy to sell to us, and we wanted to make sure the process was just as smooth for her as it was for us. That is what Paul does, he ensures we all care. The house required extra checks, which all turned out fine, and Paul was key in communicating to all partied and finding great local contacts and trades who we could engage. Paul popped over the house every day leading up to handover, to help the elderly seller throughout the process. He is clearly someone who prides himself of doing a great job, and doing it right. Overall, our experience was something out of 'Home and Away'. An honest local Agent, who knows the area and looks after the people. My husband and I can't recommend him enough.
