Genuine, communicative, professional - could not have been better

Thank you so very much Donna for my great experience in buying my first house. Donna was a fantastic real estate agent. She was friendly, professional, efficient, and very generous with her time. During our conversations I never felt rushed or pressured. She was very forthcoming with information and answered all of my questions immediately or quickly followed up to find the answers. Her communications were extremely punctual - always replying on the same day and often within a couple of hours. She was easy to get into contact with via email, text and phone call. I really appreciated how she updated me via phone call each step of the way and checked in with my progress. The extra effort she went to understand the situation of the buyer/seller made the nerve wracking situation as smooth as possible and made me feel like there would be no unwanted surprises. I really felt like she was searching for the best outcome for everyone. Because of this I was confident about what I was getting into and that I could trust the information provided to me. Donna travelled long distances to come out to the property - sometimes in less than 24 hours notice for the building and pest inspection. During this inspection she was supportive in facilitating a thorough inspection (e.g. us testing taps, devices, sockets) and took on any of my concerns. Donna had great knowledge of the market and the local area. I have never had any other experiences with real estate agents but I honestly cannot imagine it being any better than my experience with Donna - I feel so fortunate to have had her help. I couldn't be happier with my new home. I will remember her genuine kindness forever.
