Stressful sale

I found Malcolm was too involved with the sale, even had myself and the buyer negotiating without solicitors, his comment was " easier to agree between ourselves than pay solicitors extra money" I feel this cost me money on my sale. He was calling me more than needed and would ask why my solicitor hadn't replied to buyers solicitor yet. I found this to be very stressful for me.
