20 years Experience

With the years of experience that Trish has had, I made the right decision to go ahead with the Sale of my mothers house. Trish suggested to go with Foxy Staging, who put beautiful furniture in to suit the age of the house. Trish used her experience choosing the best mix of advertising, and a targeted marketing campaign to help sell our property for maximum profit. I felt very confident with Trish as she explained everything to me and was always there to confide with along the journey. Trish suggested to get cleaners, maintenance on the house, gardening, rubbish removal, and furniture removal to get the house into shape, then the house was put on the market. Trish didn't hesitate once, she contacted the people and made a time for each one to be at the house. The house sold before the week was out, so we were very excited, then cooling off period was over, and the buyer was not able to get finance. This was devastating for all. Trish contacted a couple of buyers that had put in offers prior. Trish negotiated again and within a couple of days the house was sold again. The new buyer agreed to the same terms of the 1st buyer, so the settlement date was still the original one. Trish was there always to make sure everything did go smoothly and if it didn't Trish fixed it. If I was in a position again selling or buying a property, I would certainly contact Trish at @Reality
