Ous has an outstanding work ethic that just seems missing in this day and age. His knowledge of the local area and the market was spot on, a very honest, down to earth agent. He was fabulous to deal with, professional, respectful, sincere and genuinely understood all of our concerns in such a hot market. A great communicator who was always available to actually speak to us on the phone and offered his time generously anytime 7 days a week. He reduced unnecessary stresses and was there throughout the whole process. Simply an individual who went above and beyond even after we were handed the keys, just amazing.
