Three Es -Experience,Experience and Expertese!

I put on record today my experience with George Bourdis real estate in the recent sale of two properties. George has now sold or managed a number of my properties over the years (decades!). Why do I keep coming back to George when I need advise with anything to do with real estate?. In short his experience and his expert knowledge of the local market. His depth of knowledge of all things real estate in this local area gives the selling client the edge in the market (IMO). In short my end result of getting George to sell my properties,he gave me a premium price,he kept me informed and up to date with the sale progress on each step with an honest opinion on the way to the final exchange of contract,just a trouble free experience from go to whoa!.
