Superb agent!
We are really lucky that we have Chely as agent. There was delay in settlement, which is a big deal for us as our current lease is ending soon so we really need access to the house soonest possible. If not, we might be ended up sleeping on the street! Thank goodness we have Chely as the agent, she make calls with vendor & solicitor trying her best to speed things up and best of all she manage to help us get early access to the house!! ! Chely make it happen! She is just an amazing, fabulous person. She answered my calls and even thought she missed my call, she will return my call on within the next few hours. I called her multiple times in a day to ask her about progress, she never once find it irritating and patiently explain to me. She did more than a normal agent would do. Thumbs up!

Chely is an amazing agent her attention to detail was fantastic she took care of everything and had spectacular communication at every stage I knew exactly what was happening and what was expected of me, she is always available on the phone and happy to meet when it was convenient for me. She went over and above and exceeded my expectations and made the emotional selling of my family home stress free and enjoyable experience.
