Brent and the team had at all times a complete understanding of our requirements

Real Way Bundaberg, were out to appraise our property, in a surprisingly short time, and on the 22 of July, Brent Illingworth spent an hour with us ,explained everything concisely, and we agreed to list property with Real Way. On the first of August ,I received an email from Anthony Williamson, at Real Way, informing us that our property, was listed at 529k with offers above. No time was wasted by the team at Real Way, and Saturday the 3rd having an open day at 10am and we were, very pleased when Anthony informed us ,that in the half hour of the open house, they showed through five lots of prospective buyers. From there we had second lookers and four offers, and then on the 6th of August , ( a special call out to Tylah Stimson , a real plus for Team Real Way, Bundaberg ), Tylah showed another couple at 2.30 pm and they made an offer of 555 k,then it all happened so quick from there. On Friday the 8th of August Tylah, went through the contract, with us ,and we signed on the dotted line, and with no stress to us,we had a contract, with settlement on 8th of September. The contract time flew and come the 8th of September, without any stress involved on our part once again,90 Queen settlement came and went, and new owners are now at 90 Queen st.
