The Ultimate Professional

Serg Gubecka is without doubt the ultimate professional when it comes to product knowledge and customer service. Selling a property in Queensland when you reside in Victoria can be daunting especially when this is the first time you have engaged an agent to sell a house. The property needed a little "sprucing up" to prepare for sale and Serg was able to not only provide advice on what we could do to improve the property for sale, but was able to assist in finding tradesmen, provision of quotes, and most importantly, supervise work done to transform the property for sale, all whilst we were still in Melbourne. The result was outstanding - at all stages Serg kept us up to date by phone and email as appropriate, so we always knew exactly what was happening. We made one visit to the property to complete the preparation before placing it on the market and once again Serg's advice and assistance was invaluable when we needed to find local resources.
