Sale of 58 Lobelia av. By Michael Pucci

Michael initially gave us a market appraisal of $540000-$570000 and led us to believe that we would have no problem achieving this and affecting a quick sale. This proved to be incorrect on both counts. We sold after 6 months, but only by reducing the price by $67500. This tells me that Michael either completely misread the market or told us what he thought we wanted to hear. We were talked into to reducing after only 2 weeks on the market which left us with no chance to get the price we wanted. We were asked for a further reduction that saw us listed at $499000+. We eventually took the first offer we received. Michael is a personable and pleasant man to deal with but we are left disappointed with results he managed to achieve for us.
