Talks the talk and walks the walk...

Talking the talk: Parnam visited us to discuss the sale of our home. He put forward some very convincing arguments as to why we should choose him to handle the sale. He showed us stats that put him at the top end of sales in this area. I guess that, and his general knowledge of home sales in the area, encouraged us to sign up with him and RedRocket. We have friends close by that were also selling and suggested that they have a chat to Parnam. They did and they also signed up. Walking the walk. After ten days and two open days we had a contract. The price was above our expectations. We must commend Parnam for his attention to detail and his continual follow up and communication. We were certainly happy with the way the sale was handled from the start. Oh, and by the way, our friends' home sold quicker that ours - made them very happy too. We would like to thank Parnam for the way in which the sale was handled and we have absolutely no hesitation is recommending Parnam to anyone in this area thinking of selling their home.
