A building contract will be entered into with Redink Homes for the construction of the home and associated site works. A separate land contract must be entered into with the landowner, as Redink Homes does not own the land. The advertised lot is available at the time of publication; however, it may be sold by the owner without notice. If this occurs, a similarly sized and priced lot may be offered, and the package price will be adjusted accordingly.
The house design may need to be varied to comply with design guidelines, DAPs, estate covenants or other land developer requirements. Any costs associated with these changes will be paid by the purchaser. A reasonable provisional sum has been allowed for site works; however, this may change once the land has been surveyed and a soil report has been received. The $10,000 First Home Owner Grant may be deducted from the total package price where applicable.
