Louise’s knowledge of the market was astounding along with the office updates keeping me informed

From past local buy/sell in the area, I knew the person I wanted to sell my property, however she had only just recently retired from the industry and recommended me Louise to sell my property. After meeting with Louise and presenting my expectations, while listening to her recommendations, I was able to get my small 3 month renovation project of the property underway. During this period Louise communicated regularly for my reno updates, and told me she had an interested buyer, (whom eventually bought it) I eventually finished the project middle December and Louise had the buyer through the property the next day. I had discussed my sale expectations with Louise and she delivered splendidly with the sale price we had discussed. Louise has a good network of trades that delivered excellent service should they be needed as I did. All in all top shelf service from Louise and her office colleagues making the sale so easy
