Having dealt with Louise before as a buyer, I knew she was the one to sell my property. Louise guided me with all necessary paperwork required for the sale. She updated me after every open home I had, and sent me reports from not only her business, but also realestate.com.au and Domain. These reports included how many views I had on the internet, looked at the house plans, and saved information regarding open house. Also included in the reports, were comments from the people that had inspected my property. I found that information really helpful to understand what the market was doing. I initially said I wasn't after any more than a certain amount. She advised she could get at least $50,000 more. What I received was way more than I expected, so for me, that was a big bonus. Louise is honest and reliable. She won't tell you what you want to know. She knows the housing market very well, so is honest and upfront with her pricing of your home. Louise will let you know if your expectations are too high for the current market. I trusted her with my sale and couldn't be happier with the result.
