Louise negotiated an excellent outcome for me, only 4% lower than her original valuation in challenging market conditions whilst prices generally were falling rapidly. Together with her team, she provided consistent proactive advice and support and found the buyer with 3 weeks of the first advertisement. The materials created for the website were excellent, both photos and the text capturing the qualities of the villa which had been my home for 30 years, its facilites and location.
