After having this house in our family for over 30 years it was time to sell our home and block. Being a development site proved to have some challenges but Louise met each one with professionalism and determination. She worked hard to get us an offer we were happy with along with fair terms. Unfortunately, our initial contract fell through. Louise work hard to get us another contract quickly and a higher offer. She then also facilitated the purchase of our next house.
