The vehicle barge is $50 each way for residents. There is free car parking on the mainland and the Weinam Creek Development is in the pipeline. The Island jetties will be getting a revamp over the next couple of years. I was ‘sold’ on Kat Gawlik...

I was ‘sold’ on Kat Gawlik. Her listing and photos were informative and accurate. Her service for me as an interstate prospective buyer was exemplary. When I hit a few snags during my decision-making, she remained polite and helpful. When I needed extraneous information about aspects of the block, she provided answers promptly and efficiently. If you’re looking at property listed by multiple agents, my advice is to respond to Kat’s. And if you’re thinking of selling, you'll be 'sold' too.

The Wonder Woman of Real Estate

The comics and movies had it all wrong. Wonder Woman wasn’t someone from the island of Themyscira going under the plainclothes identity of ‘Diana Prince’, she’s Kat Gawlik from the island of Lamb. I called Kat to put my block on the market on a Friday, and thanks to her local presence, by the following Monday (just four days later) she delivered a contract for my asking price. Five stars aren’t nearly enough.
