Ali is not like the rest - she is simply the BEST
This is by far the best agent I have dealt with. To give some perspective I have sold 4 houses in the Northern Suburbs and bought 4 houses. I've used different agencies. This is the second house Ali has sold for me once via a prior agency she worked for and now through REDMOND REALITY. We are in a hot housing market where the minimum effort would be enough BUT that is not the service you get with Ali. Ali was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and more than helpful. She was friendly, approachable, available anytime, replied to queries and made the whole process the easiest I have ever experienced. She was accurate with her selling prediction, did not give me false information and achieved within a $1 what she said the house was worth which was over what I thought it was worth. Ali spends time going through everything ensuring you understand, she chases a chain (if you are in one) and assists with getting everything required to settlement agents in an efficient way. She is bubbly, positive, a breath of fresh air, lives locally and knows the local market well. Selling houses can be very stressful but massive thanks to Ali as this was not stressful, it was easy and seamless and I was reassured my sale was in very safe hands. I also got to meet the owner of Redmond Reality and can absolutely see why things are easy and seamless and the team is engaged and happy.
