Monique had a strategy which was obviously founded on experience and a sound knowledge of marketing and sales. The marketing campaign was thoughtful. Photography, internet and press advertising was done well. Monique received a large number of enquiries. She was able to work through the list to determine a short list of viable prospective buyers. She then focused on achieving optimum pricing. The property was sold after two formal Opens which was two weeks prior to the scheduled auction.
