The lakeside villa's Master Bedroom overlooks the lake with Large Ensuite and king sleigh bed and 3 door mirrored sliding robe. Kitchen, dining & lounge flow through to the large balcony over the lake where koi, ducks, black swans & pelicans visit. Longe has a leather lounge with fireplace and 65" Smart TV. There is access from the dining which has and a 4 seater dining table to a second west facing outdoor area. The two other bedrooms and bathroom are located off the kitchen area via the laundry hallway which has an LG front loader washing machine. Both bedrooms have queen beds and bedside tables with a 2 door mirrored sliding robe. There is a table and four chairs on the balcony with a BBQ. The patio has a small plastic table with 4 chairs. There is parking sufficient for two vehicles behind each other. As a tenant in the resort you have access to the resort facilities including swimming pool. Strata Bylaws applicable and available on application. Ten minutes from Pinjarra & twenty minutes to Mandurah, Stroll to the Murray River and the Jetty's Bar & Grill Tavern.
