Marnie worked wonders

Not a single private inspection in the first 3-4 weeks. It’s wasn’t until we insisted on having a few open homes that we had any interest, yet still no genuine offers on paper. We don’t feel this was because of our home. It’s unique, not another like it on the peninsula, barely any maintenance, great street, aspect, water & Moreton Island views, always spotless. Marnie was asked to fill in last minute at our next open home. We clicked with her immediately. She was passionate about our home & obtaining a positive result asap. Within 4 days of meeting Marnie, she presented us with a contract. 3 days later, another offer. Within days of us asking Marnie to represent us, we were packing & organising our move to Tassie. Excited of our new stage in life is an understatement. Finally time to slow down thanks to Marnie. Though we accepted less than its replacement value & what we first believed we would achieve, it was OUR decision to choose health over wealth & move on.
