Hard working

TJ worked so hard for me. He knew the market so well and he was spot on with his suggestions. On auction day, the whole team of Reliance Real Estate turned up and made my auction an event! I have never seen this before and, I have bought and sold many houses. It was very humbling to experience such a great amount of care and appreciation for me, at the lower end of the housing market. For this sale I interviewed 4 agents and, hands down Reliance(TJ) were the best of all. No pressure, no hassle, no problems, no pressure. In a very tough market and, a very hard time to sell TJ left no stone unturned! He is far away the hardest working agent I have ever dealt with in my 45 years of buying and selling properties. If you’re looking for an agent that will do what he says and is always keeping you, the vendor, in knowledge, he is your guy. I only wish there were more agents like him and more real estate agencies like Reliance! First class all the way!
