RETURN OF THE KING!!!

There rides a new king of real estate in Hume; Hitesh by thy name. Before Hitesh, we encountered our fair share of agents, many with Gollum-like tendencies, obsessively chasing their "precious" sales, whispering FOMO into buyers' ears akin to Grima Wormtongue. Meanwhile, we were hunkered down like the defenders of Helm's Deep, weary, outnumbered, & struggling to find a home worthy of our growing family. Hope was fading. Then when all hope seemed lost, like the Riders of Rohirrim, Hitesh appeared with the right property at the right time. There was no pressure tactics, no trickery or skulduggery, he simply allowed the quality of his offerings speak for itself. His communication was clear, polite, direct, but without the FOMO nonsense. I was NOT buying from a cheap salesman, but rather a refined professional, who knew his market, appealed to his clients hopes above their fears, and was upfront about everything - he even having building reports available at the inspection. Like the Last Alliance of Men and Elves at the end of the Second Age, we too were victorious at auction - and Hitesh has stood by us both as a statesman & as a steward, in a manner that would earn the respect of both Elrond & Denethor II. Now that the smoke has cleared and the White City is at peace, we look back on our journey not with bitterness, but with genuine gratitude. In a realm crowded with charlatans masquerading as agents, Hitesh proved himself a true ally; wise as Elrond, steady as Faramir, the heart of Samwise, with the timing of Gandalf on the Third Day. Our family has found its new haven, and for that, we raise our banner in his honour. In a time where trust is rare & transparency is even rarer, Hitesh restored both.
