Ashlee is an absolute star!! Best Property Manager ever!!

I own a number of investment properties so I have been dealing with a number of property managers and Ashlee has been so far the best!! She found me a tenant in just 2 days since we put the property on the market. She sent me with all the details of the tenant with reference check outcomes so I could confidently approve the application straight away. She was super quick and efficient in arranging everything for my lease. From paperwork signing, to put the ad up, etc. her communication was very clear and effective. I couldn’t rate and recommend Ashlee high enough. She is definitely one of the best property managers!!

Low standards

Reliance were very quick to offer me a lease on a property I had not inspected after signing the lease and receiving the keys I realised why it was filthy and in poor condition I’m now stuck for 12mths in a house I don’t want to bring my children too
