Goes above and beyond

From start to the end of the property purchase process, Rutuja was eager to help and always tried her best to help out with any issues that came up even when it might not have directly been in scope of her role. For example, my conveyancer and I had a difficult time having any communications with the vendor’s side and settlement was fast approaching and the property was in a worse condition at the pre-settlement inspection than at my original inspection. This had caused a delay in settlement and Rutuja worked tirelessly to ensure I had quotes for everything that needed to be fixed at the property. Even post-settlement, now that works are due to be started, Rutuja has helped out offering to run errands at the property to ensure electricity is connected to the property or even going as far as to chasing up on additional window quotes. She has truly gone above and beyond - even while she was on holiday and even when she was sick. She worked around my unusual work schedule and was always available to contact (and often arranged times to have a verbal chat) outside the usual business hours. The purchase of this property was a difficult one for many reasons but she was one of the people who made the whole process more smooth.
