Karan approached us unexpectedly
Our experience with Karan was without any hinderance. Karan had informed us that he had an investor that was very keen to purchase our investment property at Kurrunjang Victoria. I wasn't sure weather to list with Karan but he was honest and showed me the potential buyers details who was interstate. We listed with Karan and he promised that he would have an offer and it would be sold with the shortest possible settlement. We were presented with a offer which was well in excess of the market price by $50k-70K depending on the appraisal. We accepted the price and the settlement was completed in 30 days. We have no hesitation to recommend Karan not only for his honesty but also for his professionalism, his ability to keep in touch constantly was very important to us. But most importantly he did not just supply a buyer but also delivered an outstanding sales result for a home that was 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and 2 car lock up garage in the area.
