"SOLD" at the right price

This vacant block of land was purchased 10 years ago, Although a 798 square meters PRIME piece of land with nearly 30m of water frontage facing North and only 15 mins drive to the CBD of Melbourne in a private gated Island in Sanctuary Lakes, being part of Point Cook and NOT Glen Waverley or Toorak, I find it difficult to sell and recover my very high cost for acquiring this land, paying the Bank interest, Council Rates, OC fees, Land Tax and others over 10 years. AJ from Reliance Real Estate had the initiative to contact me and to convince me to give him the chance to sell this land and other 3 blocks in the same area. I accepted his offer to sell not believing that he or anyone else would be able to deliver, pleasantly surprising and within 4 months, all the 4 blocks of land were SOLD by him. This land was sold for $810,000 just under my expectation, however in a market that is stagnant and in an area that is hard to sell in. AJ proved to deliver, he is a polite person with a lot of quality whom I would highly recommend.
