Overall great experience

I had my property listed with forsalebyowner, and it hadn’t sold after almost a year. Honey said he could sell it, and I thought “hows that possible when I can’t sell it myself?” But he encouraged me to give it a go, and I’m so glad I did. I had many offers on the table, and achieved an amazing price, way more than I had imagined I would! Even after the contract had been done, and the conveyancer stuffed up the contracts (her fault) honey was amazing at sorting everything out with the buyer and getting a new property lawyer to quickly draw up contracts, while I was having a meltdown because of the solicitors mistakes! It was a stressful time due to the conveyancers mistake but honey took control of the bad situation and made everything okay. I’m so glad I chose to sell through honey, he was amazing, and I recommend him, and will use him again in the future.
