Very relieved we moved the sale of our property to Sandi after months of inertia with a previous agent. Sandi provided excellent service: He knew the market and was encouraging but realistic. Communication was excellent. We particularly appreciated that he updated us after each open day, giving us a better sense of what prospective buyers were looking for and how we might achieve a sale. These communications were always friendly and useful. He was tireless in negotiating an outcome that met with approval on both sides. This entailed working hard, even over the weekend, to ensure buyer and vendor were kept informed of progress. He took personal responsibility to follow up all aspects of the sale, making for a smooth transition at settlement. Thanks to Sandi’s diligence and coordination, the property was sold very quickly. Highly recommended.
