Stand Out From The Rest

I have had the pleasure to deal with Pratik on purchasing a property, for me the biggest stand out was he was not there to sell how good he is, he was there to guide me and show me information on other properties. I was new to the market and very scared where other agents came in spoke to me basically only gave me ten min of there time and pressured me to Buy. Pratik really helped me to understand the entire area and it really felt that he was not just an agent but more family and definitely cared like family - the time he puts into you is beyond anyones expectation
