Not efficient

I feel like property rent price should be corrected according to market price, however it’s left on us to decide.. my property right now is renting under value. But one year contract is all ready done... I am looking online similar house are for $340-$350

Poor responsiveness

Have requested maintenance issues as the beginning of Tenancy a month in and nothing been done. Had a call from agent and they admitted it was an urgent repair problem not rectified
