Great Property Manager, Super Friendly and Easy to Work With

Reliance Residential is a pleasure to deal with – the rental application process was very easy and smooth. Inspections have been great so far, with plenty of notice given. Shelly is lovely to work with, very easy to talk to, and super responsive to texts, emails, and phone calls. After a long break from renting we were a little hesitant to jump back in (especially now that we have pets), but we needn’t have worried. We would not hesitate to recommend Reliance Residential to family and friends and if we ever own an investment property in Canberra, we know who we’ll be calling to take care of property management!
