Tracy Kriwopischin and Melissa Fretwell have been amazing with our 4th property managed by them over the last 10 years. Cannot fault their communication, regularly updates and expertise in property management and the market. Tracy had a detailed plan and schedule. She came with me to the final inspection before settlement and highlighted items to be followed up that I hadn't even picked up - she was very thorough and detailed. Tracy genuinely cared about our needs, and the type of prospective tenants we were looking for, knowing we would be moving into the property when the lease had finished. Melissa is delightful to work with. She managed our previous property and I couldn't have asked for a better property manager. They both respond in a very timely manner to emails/requests, and do exactly what they say they are going to do - no follow up needed! It has been another seamless experience. So refreshing to know that our property is in good hands again. I have and will continue to recommend RE/MAX to anyone with an investment property.
