Overall very disappointed with the management of our property. No proper supervision.

Up until recently no proper supervision or inspection of repairs has been visible, resulting in poor workmanship. Also, some items that should have been picked up after tenants vacated have been left unrepaired, even if the funds were taken from the bond. Remax is more expensive than some other property managements so we expected better management of our property. The manager in the past month has been more responsive, however we have been heavily involved getting the property independently inspected to ensure things are being addressed adequately.
