The property managers are great when things are going their way and they want something from you, but when you need assistance, they are nowhere to be found and screen your phone calls. As an older Australian we don't understand a lot about the way real estate works and the young property managers don't take this into account. Sometimes they come across as a bit rude and can't be bothered.
