Very organised and quick to find new tenants when the old ones move out

communication with existing tenants has allowed for 6-8 weeks of notice before tenants move out. The advertising and home opens for potential new tenants has been carried out quickly high levels of motivation. The screening process for applicants is the most reassuring part of the process with past rental experience, incomes and knowledge of future plans for long or short term contracts. Very easy staff to speak with. Im happy
