Re-Max found new tenants for my Innaloo rental

My long term tenants moved out after 10 years of living in my Innaloo rental. The ReMax crew were screening new tenant applications and running home opens 3 weeks before the old tenants left. Remax shoed the house and screened 6 different prospective tenants who all wanted the house, then presented me with the 6 new options before the old lease expired. maintenance items were covered before the new tenants arrived with the house only being vacant for 1 week. All easy for me due to the remix system. Remax have been my property management agents for 15+ years which shows hoe content I am with Remax. Thanks heaps for your work, Steve
