You will not find a harder working agent

We met with 3 different agents and Phil easily stood out as the most knowledgeable, committed and honest agent by far. Right from the first meeting, Phil was advising us on all the things we should do to make our property the most desirable on the market. Phil discussed options for our marketing strategy and which way he thought would be best to tackle the sale in such a tricky market along with improvements we could make to increase our sale price. Then we had both Phil and Josh out completing paperwork and ensuring we were aware of every step of the process. Both were very positive and we were left feeling in very competent hands looking forward to our photo shoot. I couldn’t even begin to imagine everything that was involved with the photo shoot. Phil and Josh were moving from room to room getting every last thing in the perfect place ready for the photographer. This is when their passion for their job really showed. The photos were amazing along with the write-up. After three home opens we got our asking price and couldn’t have been happier. During the whole process Phil always kept us up to date, we couldn’t have asked for a better agent.
