We have seen Phil around Butler and clearly he is one of the best in the business so got him to jump on board to sell our family home. From the initial meeting Phil and Josh have made this experience so easy and have a world of knowledge or the areas and what homes are selling for. There has been a few difficult times going on in the world so the matterport helped out when homes opens were temporarily closed. Even in these tough times and all the hard work that was put in Phil managed to get what we were after. Cannot recommend him any higher to anyone looking to sell their home.
