Good experience with Phil and his team

Communication was straightforward, and the property acquisition process was hassle-free, with all promised timelines met. However, there is room for improvement in the final inspection. A couple of items that should have been addressed before the key handover were missed, and the inspection felt a bit rushed. Nothing major, and overall, I would gladly do business with Phil again. For reference, the inspection was carried out by another member of his team.
