Honest and Helpful

As a FIFO worker I made contact with Phil through a relative when this property appeared on line. Luckily I was at the end of my swing and was able to view the property at the first and only home open. Phil was very responsive to our questions relating to the sale and price expectations of the property and despite having many people through certainly gave us the time of day. I think Phil certainly worked equally fair for the seller and also for me as the purchaser. Met up with Phil over a coffee to get contracts signed before heading of on my next swing. The whole Remax team were easy to deal with, were able to assist with additional contacts for pest, pool inspections etc. Phil kept me informed and checked in after settlement.
