Right from the beginning when we were choosing an agent, Kathy stood out as interested in what we wanted and how we could achieve that together, and always made us feel confident and comfortable. She contacted us regularly (a couple of times a week or more) she followed up with queries and items that needed attention. The property we sold was a rental property so Kathy liaised with the property manager to facilitate both the sale and the vacating of the house in a timely manner. The fees charged by the Agency were very reasonable especially considering the service level. Would recommend Kathy Moore (Brett White) to sell your property.
