Perfect Gentleman & Friend

Graham & I have known Craig Barnes in the area for about 10 years when he first asked to value our property. I told Craig when we were ready I would call him - Just don't pester us. He did not, as that is the type of person he is. When we were ready to sell somehow he just turned up at out door out of the blue. A Star Agent

We met Craig Barnes 8 years ago when he dropped a calendar in our letter box, We told him not to bother us as we were lifers at 28 Coolmunda st Mansfield. The years passed buy and he never bothered us just being satisfied that we knew him. The years passed by and father time caught up with both Carol and myself and our health began to decline to a position where the 14 steps to our two level house became a problem. We had a family meeting the result of which was that we decided to use the equity in our home to down size to a single level home in a less expensive location because we were doing it tough living on the old age pension alone plus the factor of old man arthritis. The very next morning, who should it be knocking on our front door with our complementary calendar in hand - Craig Barnes from Re Max. We grabbed him with much glee saying what perfect timing he possessed, we laid out the facts to him and he was sympathetic and understanding. Our fears were dismissed as Craig took control of the situation and started the process, he explained that it was only time before Mr right would respond to our advertising and purchase our home. He was present on the many occasions of our open house days, he was forever patient and reassuring explaining that there is a Mr Right out there for everyone. Never were we despondent as Craig was at the helm steering us through the process saying on many occasions "It's only time ". Yes today we went unconditional and we could not be happier,Yes we are very happy that a Hall of fame sales person by the name of Craig Barnes came calling out of the blue. God bless Re Max and Craig Barnes in particular. Thank you Craig.
