From the outset, when deciding to sell my unit, Craig has been honest and upfront on all aspects of selling. He has provided me with weekly marketing updates and regular emails/phone calls to discuss the results of open-house events and adhoc enquiries. I appreciated Craig's approach to the marketing and selling of my unit. It was realistic and at no time did I feel as though either of us was wasting our time. He dealt with the facts and was able to draw on his experience to assist me to determine 'where to from here' with a swift and successful outcome.
