Fantastic, Honest, Reliable Agent

Would highly recommend Craig - he was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process of buying our property recently. His manner was so refreshing, especially after dealing with so many other unfavourable / dishonest / misleading agents during our search for a property. He was honest with us from the beginning, before we were even considered as potential buyers. We felt his approach to the negotiation process was entirely fair for both parties (i.e. the buyer and the seller) and we did not feel as though we were being lied to or led on like we had felt in other 'offer' scenarios with other agents. Unfortunately, due to 2 public holidays falling within in our finance clause dates, the bank said they were delayed and we were stressing over asking for an extension to our finance clause, however Craig made this process extremely easy, especially given we had no control over the outcome. His communication was outstanding. Overall - would highly recommend Craig if you are after a no-nonsense, honest, reliable and all round good guy looking after the sale or purchase of your next property. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
