Very straightforward and trustworthy

We dealt with Craig when we bought our house several years ago, and we noticed that he played his cards very close to his chest - which was great from the vendor's point of view! So we didn't hesitate to sign him up when it came to selling. He had done his homework and didn't hesitate to tell us that we were undervaluing the property. I had expected it to go for about $570,000, but with Craig's help it went for $630,000. Plus he's easy to get on with, and a calming influence during the sometimes stressful period of house selling. Highly recommended.
