Great Agent

Before signing with Remax and Omid, he said "I have a buyer looking for a house just like this" I thought it was a line but he actually did. He and owner Phil told us it was worth $20k above all the other agents we spoke to and they achieved that price. Omid had been respectful of our needs and kept us in the loop. His fees are lower than many other agents but the service is excellent. Nothing but positives with this agent.
